What you are saying is very similar to a past proposal for navigation http://incubator.myxwiki.org/xwiki/bin/view/Improvements/ActionMenuNavigation but that didn't get approved, mainly because of scalability issues . When you click on the wiki/space/page name it should take you there (or the WebHome).
