Hi For the moment, the idea of using ontologies to automatically link wiki pages or to recommend links is implemented as a demonstrator including only two small sample ontologies. Thus, the source code is not available for download now. It is accessible at http://demo.corporate-semantic-web.de/xwiki/ Please, note that the examples are currently in German only. If you like to see some wiki pages in English language, please do not hesitate to contact me.
