That rather depends on to whom you want to say it.  Again, Tomcat is a servlet 
container (as defined in the Java EE specs), which is more than adequate to run 
many applications.  Whether or not it's an appropriate server for the job you 
want to do depends on what exactly you want to do - which you haven't told us.
