redirect to another URL in tomcat

Hi

Hope someone could provide some information on how to redirect to 
another URL,can be configured.

for example


https://ipaddress/channelmgr/MaxisUssd ------->  /http://ipaddress/soap/rpc


Is there a way in the system we could redirect the URL?

Please assist.
