Please have someone unfamiliar with your environment look at your text above 
and see if they can discern any useful information from it - other than you're 
upset.

If you don't provide specifics (e.g., where the context file is located, what's 
in it, what your server.xml has in it, the *exact* file system path of your 
webapp), it's very, very difficult to guess at what's really going on.
