Hi, You guys (Mark and Charles) were correct. Looks like there was an old reference to tool.jar in a classpath definition. Some how moving to Tomcat 7.0.10 (from the 6 stream) brought this issue to light for us. Anyways, found the reference and removed it and it works fine now without error. Sorry for the trouble.
