Do you have a "webapps" directory anywhere? Your default <Host> is set to appBase="webapps" and your /other/ <Host> is set to appBase="tudom". You said that you can get to it, somehow. Is there a URL that responds with a 200 response that Tomcat serves? If so, what is it?
