@ Chuck / Mark, I have renamed the tcnative-1.dll to tcnative-1.skdll, and have commented out the AprLifecycleListener line.
And it works! :) So, something to know is that despite Commenting out the AprLifecycleListener line, it was still looking for the DLL, which had to be renamed. I think that probably solves my issue -- thanks for all the help and support!
