There are only couple of directives - 
<%@ taglib uri="/taglib.tld" prefix="salmon"%>
and
<%@ page errorPage="ErrorPage.jsp" extends="com.salmonllc.jsp.JspServlet"%>

ErrorPage.jsp is perfectly correct case-wise.
