I work in technical support for CA Wily Introscope and our software monitors pretty much anything running in a JVM as well as the JVM and underlying OS health itself. Just depends how many JVMs you intend to be monitoring and what budget you have as I think most of our customers would be monitoring hundreds if not thousands of JVMs..
