Other than by experimentation, not that I'm aware of.

There's a /3GB switch you can use at Windows boot time to increase the virtual 
space available for each process, but it reduces that available to the OS.  It 
might help, it might not.  A 64-bit OS is really required for that massive a 
number of threads.

But as Andre said, you should work on fixing the problem, not the symptom.
