What someone is supposed to do and what they actually did are often very different. No one on this list gets paid for the help provided, so scanning through lots of links looking at often incorrect interpretations in order to help solve someone else's problem is not exactly high on the priority list. If you really want some help, answer the questions by posting the edited files. Also note that Eclipse likes to use its own configuration for Tomcat, ignoring whatever changes you think you made.
