UNIX account information is not used by Tomcat. tomcat-users.xml is
entirely separate.
At a guess, you left the comments around the XML.
That error happens so often, that apart from its entertainment value, I
wonder if there is not something that can be done about it.
Maybe that whole area of tomcat-users.xml should be reformatted in a
large green font or something.
I think I'll submit a patch.
