Hi, Can anyone guide me about the steps to start a new project at Apache Software Foundation.
I want to upload the project into its repository and start creating the group, user lists..etc so that the project team would grow and there by it would be enhanced if anyone intersted about my project. Best Regards, Kranti K K Parisa
