Do you mean that Tomcat will respond directly to requests from other
machines, or that Apache will pass-through requests to any VirtualHost
to Tomcat?

If the former, then Konstantin's response is correct.

If the latter, then you should move your ProxyPass directive into a
particular VirtualHost, and then use Allow/Deny to lock-down the access.
