Most German words "borrowed" from other languages are neuter, yes? Das
Auto? Hmm... maybe not: Der Computer. Google says that "servlet" is
female, but that applet is male. But, what does Google know?

Certainly, Servlet would be capitalized in German, since it is a noun.
