I see that old version was started as
/sbin/service tomcat4 stop
/sbin/service tomcat4 start

Now i have installed tomcat 4.1.40 in same machine (after removing tomcat
4..1.24)
1. How can i set it the same as above ?  2. If i installl this tomcat 4.1..40
in a new machine, how can i set it as above?
