You're asking people on the list to do your homework for you. Specifically,
telling you how to do the upgrade. You need to figure out how to do this on
your own. If you have a specific question, then ask that specific question,
but don't ask: how do I install the upgrade. If you can't figure out how to
install the upgrade yourself, then you need to contact others within your
organization for help, or hire an outside consultant to do it for you.
Again, the main thing is people here will HELP you but not DO IT FOR YOU.
