Assuming you're using a 64-bit JDK, you need to use the 64-bit version of tomcat6.exe, which is available here: http://svn.apache.org/repos/asf/tomcat/tc6.0.x/tags/TOMCAT_6_0_18/res/procrun/amd64/ Just replace the 32-bit one in the bin directory.
