Pull apart the *generated* 'yourapp.war' file.
It's just a zip file, so you could rename it to 'yourapp.zip' and then
expand the zip.  Or use the 'jar' command.

Give us an idea of what's in there - the web.xml of that, rather than
the tool app will be more interesting.
