I am using a standard install of 6.0.18 with JDK 1.6 on AIX. I am sure I am running out connections as I have set the maxThreads to 10 and acceptCount to 5. I am using SOAPUI to generate the load and in the SOAPUI GUI I can see the connections refused message.
