Not quite - the bootstrap class loader is null; the ExtClassLoader is the one 
that looks in the JRE's lib/ext directory.

Those four appear to be correct.

Can you determine the URLs supported by the last two?  Use the getURLs() API, 
or poke around in the JMX beans with JConsole.
