Tomcat Configuration in Eclipse

Hi,
I am trying to configure TOMCAT Webserver in Eclipse and am not able to do
that. Guidance on the matter would be highly appreciated.

Also, how can I access local jsp page which is on the WebApps folder in
Webserver from Browser ?
