Steve, Check out this link. I implemented the cachingAllowed="false"> in the .xml file and the .xml kept displaying the same old content itself. I removed the "application cache" folder in the usr/jakarta-tomcat-5.0.27/work/Catalina/localhost/ and it worked like a charm!
