the only reference I could find while grepping on htmldoc was htmldocs .. a 
html folder for CF MX war

Could you tell us what htmldocs is .. a binary..shell script..a bat or cmd 
file....jar?

Just to get your TC installation operational is it possible comment out the 
line that calls htmldoc?

anyone else?
