If you can reproduce easily and it is not a heavy traffic application.
Increase log level to debug until it happens again and make the log
available plus the information, between which timestamps you think there
is such a delay.
This problem is not repeatable with Apache HTTPD 2.2.9
(mod_jk-1.2.26-httpd-2.2.4.so) which works perfectly in the same
environment.
Environment ===========
Server1 ------- Windows XP IIS 5.1 isapi_redirect-1.2.26.dll
Server2 ------- Windows Server 2003 Tomcat 5.5.25
