Service providers around the world now have your name... ha ha ;)
I see you doing web services... I imagine they must be able to handle exceptions, soap faults whatever...
So I'm thinking that sommething like...
throw new it.libero.MyServiceIsScrewedException("A Module is missing in italy");

might be better ;)
I think look at error handling in web services before whacking Tomcat ;)
