Google for JDBC-ODBC bridge.
Note that the JDBC-ODBC bridge is not intended for production use.
Personally, I'd never use MSAccess as the back-end to any web application
and I'm trying very hard not to get started on why on earth the use of
MSAccess is required (rather than a real database) in any academic
situation let alone one at undergraduate level...
