I deploy the web app as ROOT.war to TOMCAT/webapps, (I removed the old ROOT
first for sure). And I am pretty sure, I didn't deploy twice.
I google and found someone mentioned that I may need to create a jar file and
delploy it to the TOMCAT/lib, if I want the singleton in the class working. I
tried that, it did work.
But Just wondering is there any better way to deal with this, as this process
is not so smooth. (I remember 1.5 dont need to copy the jar file to make it
work).
Thanks
Elwin
