You will have to install either a JAX-WS or an Axis library in order to provide web services through Tomcat. But, really, that is what you want. You don't want to be stuck on some specific version of a web service library when you pick a Tomcat version. However, installing web services is as easy as dropping a WAR file into the deployment directory, right? Just make sure that your webapp has a copy of, say, axis.jar in its lib directory. - -chris -----BEGIN PGP SIGNATURE----- Version: GnuPG v1.4.9 (MingW32) Comment: Using GnuPG with Mozilla - http://enigmail.mozdev.org iEYEARECAAYFAkghsPIACgkQ9CaO5/Lv0PDr+gCfezV2well80+vq2L3Lk6fb4Pj o1IAmgKsnZVNbs0W9sKZ3LYs7fYPREAT =fQhA -----END PGP SIGNATURE----- --------------------------------------------------------------------- To start a new topic, e-mail: users@tomcat.apache.org To unsubscribe, e-mail: [EMAIL PROTECTED] For additional commands, e-mail: [EMAIL PROTECTED]
