You ended up having your load balancer modify the cookies so it could alter the domain? Yikes.
Is there any way to do this in Tomcat? From other posts I've seen: http://marc.info/?l=tomcat-user&m=120179086031396&w=2 http://www.esus.be/blog/?p=3 It looks like it's possible to use a valve, but that sounds like an awful lot of work but what is really a very common and simple need.
