It's likely that you don't even have a client JVM installed on a 64-bit
platform (you wouldn't want it, anyway).  Start up tomcat5w.exe, go to
the Java tab, and change the Java Virtual Machine entry to the server
version (C:\java\jre1.5.0_12\bin\server\jvm.dll).
