Your self-signed cert :-) Unless by "compatible" you mean "won't provoke alarming pop-ups", in which case... I've used Thawte and Digicert; the latter was cheaper than the former, but I've heard GoDaddy is cheaper yet. Actually, I'm reading/composing this using gmail, and the "sponsored links" in the right column are for godaddyssl.com, www.thawte.com, and www.revolutionhosting.net (who I've never heard of).
