I'm not sure why nobody has fixed them: <Context> elements in META-INF/context.xml /should not/ contain "path" of "docBase" attributes at all. Remove them. That change may fix your 404 problems, then we can move on to the JDBC issues. As for your non-well-formed XML file, you'll have to post more of the XML file or debug it yourself.
