How to check my current JVM settings

Hi,
I don’t how to check my JVM settings for my Tomcat.
 
1)      How can I see the current JVM settings of my Tomcat application, 
(initial Heap size, max and min heap size) ? where are they stored?
 
2)      How can I change these paramters?
