well the version is 5.5.25. this is the name of the archive dowloaded from
tomcat.org: apache-tomcat-5.5.25.
jsp-api.jar is included.

my application use the following jars:

tiles-core-2.0.5.jar
tiles-jsp-2.0.5.jar

all jar is taken from eclipse. build with no errors. the problem is only on
runtime as mention.
