Send email to [EMAIL PROTECTED] with the same email address as the one you use to send emails to mailing list.
You will receive a confirmation email within a few minutes. you must reply to that email and the mailing list server will say you bye bye If you don't get the confirmation email, check your junk folder / or your mailserver, it probably means it has swallowed it.
