You have mismatched versions. Your Apache version is 2.0.x and your mod_jk is for Apache 2.2.x. You need to pick up a mod_jk version that has "...apache-2.0.x-..." in its filename. Better yet, download the source and compile it yourself. It's easy and you always get a version that is 100% compatible with your install. -chris
