We (and some of our customers) have firewalls that disconnect "inactive"
connections, so all requests that take more than some time to complete get
silently disconnected and never return. I think soKeepAlive is supposed to
fix that problem, but I do not see how to configure it. The only
references I could find are for cluster configuration.
