Thank you Chuck, I gave a shorter version so that the OP would not get confused with full details, but you're right it could be possible that the Context node is defined in /META-INF/context.xml also.
If the Context node is not required, how will he set the reloadable attribute? I couldn't find a similar attribute on other nodes. I guess you mentioned it for the sake of completeness.
