but I see org.apache.tomcat.dbcp.BasicDataSourceFactory
from commons-dbcp-1.2.1.jar
Can you provide more details on who is calling
org.apache.tomcat.dbcp.dbcp.BasicDataSourceFactory ?

I change the owner of all tomcat's directory in tomcat.
I restart the server and I have the same error :[
