Although I didn't expect it, 6.1 64Bit installed on Solaris 8 (I don't
have to run it to do the mod_jk build).

If you like, you can try the build results available under

http://people.apache.org/~rjung/mod_jk-dev/nsapi-1.2.22-dev/

These builds are somewhat experimental, and the code revision is the
latest trunk, which is expected to become 1.2.22 soon.

Please keep us informed, if the build works for you, or the kinds of
errors you get.
