Manager (http://localhost:8080/manager/html) to re-deploy?

I have installed Tomcat 5.5 on Windows XP. It has worked properly. Today,
I found the monitor icon could not be displayed. So now I just use tomcat
command to stop and start the service. Could anyone help me about it ?
