Can you post your code? I have never tried to specify the name of the context factory; it's always been properly setup by the container (see my code in a separate message). Is it necessary to actually pick a class, or can you simply leave it as its default? > But, at this point we cannot begin to support it mostly because of > the lack of accessible, thorough documentation that does not assume > you understand the internal structure. I've found that most of the documentation really steers you away from knowing much about the internal structure -- with good reason: they don't want you to take advantage of things that are subject to change. I think that WAS might force you to go through hoops that Tomcat simply does not require. Since your app "grew-up" on WAS, you have a lot of baggage that doesn't translate well into Tomcat. You might have to change your configuration code to allow for empty settings that Tomcat simply does not need. - -chris -----BEGIN PGP SIGNATURE----- Version: GnuPG v1.4.6 (MingW32) Comment: Using GnuPG with Mozilla - http://enigmail.mozdev.org iD8DBQFFwjFw9CaO5/Lv0PARAhHoAKC1gaBN0nuMzP2Pr/DA0D/kXDLRwwCgtlpG +1GlqOwIUMWMJJ6wf+4pcaw= =jW3X -----END PGP SIGNATURE----- --------------------------------------------------------------------- To start a new topic, e-mail: users@tomcat.apache.org To unsubscribe, e-mail: [EMAIL PROTECTED] For additional commands, e-mail: [EMAIL PROTECTED]
