Well our network guy figured out the problem. One of the problems was that the virtual folder in IIS named Jakarta had a capital J instead of a lower case j. Believe it or not, changing the case made a difference. Also, the website had 2 ip addresses for it in the properties. So now we have it working. Thanx for your help.
