Dave I went thru the same thing. Basically all you need to do is make an XML file and put it on a web server some place. Then provide the link. People can copy the link and paste it into any rss reader, or if their browser understands what to do, it will add the rss feed link to the integrated reader.
So you need to create the XML file, save that file to your web server. Then provide a link for people to use.
