The 192.168... is an IP only valid behind your router, for someone on the internet to access your app, you'll need to use your router's Iternet IP address. Again you can determine that address by typing "What's my IP address" in google and then select any of the results. From the URL you stated, I don't see any reference to the context path of your app, tomcat from what I know isn't going to find an abitrary index.html, you must specify which app you're trying to access. So you'll type in your browser: "http:// your ip address: tomcat port/your webapp context path"
