Thanks Mladen, I finally got it up. But I'm still not aware where things went wrong. This time I clean up all the filters from registry and IIS, and used isapi installer (isapi_redirect-1.2.14.exe) I didn't changed anything in the workers.properties and uriworkermap.properties, which I originally posted. And it works out fine. I also tried replacing isapi_redirect.dll version 1.2.19, which worked fine.
