OK i fixed the warning. The second.xml file located in the >>> C:\Program Files\Apache Software Foundation\Tomcat 5.5\conf\Catalina\localhost\second
needed to be changed to just say: <Context path="/second" /> Restarted Tomcat (no error message) but I am still getting a 404 on my servlets. I also wanted to mention that my example servlets that came with tomcat work fine in their example context.
