Hi, my webapplication (running on tomcat 5.5.17 - windows) application has a considerably high cpu usage even if there are only a few users active. I know I should search for bottlenecks and so on, but I have a more general question.
Is the following formula correct? (response time if 100% CPU would have been granted for the request) / (percentage of CPU actually granted) = response time And second what parameters do actually influence the percentage of CPU that is actually granted for a request and can I adjust them?
